Amigrenin is a drug used to alleviate the headache brought about by migraine attacks.
This medication is primarily used in treating a migraine attack. Amigrenin is not intended for use in preventing migraine attacks but rather it is intended to relieve the migraine. This drug may also be used for purposes other than those indicated in this guide.
Amigrenin should be taken in exactly as described by your doctor. If there are matters that you do not understand, refer to your doctor, nurse or a pharmacist and ask him or her to explain those matters to you.

Amigrenin tablets should not be administered to patients with hemiplegic or basilar migraine.
Amigrenin tablets and any ergotamine-containing or ergot-type medication should not be used within 24 hours of each other, nor should IMITREX and another 5-HT1 agonist.
Also this drug in tablets is contraindicated in patients with hypersensitivity to Amigrenin or any of their components.
Amigrenin tablets are contraindicated in patients with severe hepatic impairment.
Amigrenin should not be administered to patients who have had a previous symptoms, history or signs of the following:
Amigrenin has been known to interact with Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors and alcohol. Other drugs may also interact with this medication. Inform your doctor if you are taking any medications other than Amigrenin including over the counter prescriptions such as vitamins, minerals and even herbal products.
If you think you might be experiencing overdose of Amigrenin Sanis Health, seek immediate medical attention or call poison control. Inform your doctor afterwards.
Overdose symptoms of Amigrenin in ANIMALS include the following: convulsions; tremor; paralysis; inactivity; ptosis; erythema of the extremities; abnormal respiration; cyanosis; ataxia mydriasis; salivation; lacrimation
Symptoms of overdose in humans may be a whole lot different from the overdose symptoms of animals.
Depending on the reaction of the Amigrenin after taken, if you are feeling dizziness, drowsiness or any weakness as a reaction on your body, Then consider Amigrenin not safe to drive or operate heavy machine after consumption. Meaning that, do not drive or operate heavy duty machines after taking the capsule if the capsule has a strange reaction on your body like dizziness, drowsiness. As prescribed by a pharmacist, it is dangerous to take alcohol while taking medicines as it exposed patients to drowsiness and health risk.
